Nick Houseman is an investor and shareholder in several ventures. Born in Singapore and having lived in 5 different countries, Nick has always been interested in international issues, especially sustainability. Nick brings a wealth of experience, having founded several ventures and invested in several others, having had success across industries as diverse as aviation, marketing, app indexing, and enhanced vision technology. He has seen the highs and lows that come with starting a new venture. Nick has a BA in economics and political science from McGill University in Montreal and an MBA from Concordia University in Montreal.
David Dussault, PhD

David brings over ten years of professional experience as Managing Director of Mycocultures Inc., a biotech company specializing in mycological innovative products. He has also served as a trusted environmental auditor and verifier for organizations such as BNQ, CRIQ, and Investissement Québec. David’s global expertise includes representing the Government of Canada in environmental projects in Africa.
Complementing his extensive career, David holds a PhD in Environmental Sciences from UQAM, completed a postdoctoral fellowship in molecular biology at Université de Montréal, and has earned both a bachelor’s degree in law and an MBA.

Sebastien has a dual background as an entrepreneur and a researcher. Through his engineering degree and a PhD in Agricultural Sciences, he has built a strong knowledge of natural systems’ dynamics. Sebastien’s experience as an entrepreneur allows him to navigate both technical tasks and business development. His concern about the impacts of climate change inspired him to work in a position where he could make a real difference.
Sina Motamedi, PhD

Sina’s vast experience in environmental project management and decarbonization includes founding a university spin-off accelerator focused on IoT and SaaS in support of sustainability. His PhD research explores energy-efficient, carbon-neutral building materials, such as mycelium-based composites, aimed at reducing both embodied and operational carbon footprints.
Additionally, Sina has taught the UN Sustainability Goals in “How To Change The World” Sustainability Program. He is also deeply involved in volunteer initiatives, having co-created INNOVATE France, a networking series in Paris that bridges tech and environmental trends.

As a trained CORSIA verifier, Bridget is currently supporting the accreditation of ZenithNet-Zero to ISO/IEC 17029 for CORSIA verification and for the validation and verification of environmental processes and procedures, and to ISO 17021 for the certification of environmental management systems.
