Nick Houseman, MBA

Founder

Nick Houseman is an investor and shareholder in several ventures. Born in Singapore and having lived in 5 different countries, Nick has always been interested in international issues, especially sustainability. Nick brings a wealth of experience, having founded several ventures and invested in several others, having had success across industries as diverse as aviation, marketing, app indexing, and enhanced vision technology. He has seen the highs and lows that come with starting a new venture. Nick has a BA in economics and political science from McGill University in Montreal and an MBA from Concordia University in Montreal.

Sebastien Lacube, PhD

Chief Science Officer

Sebastien has a dual background as an entrepreneur and a researcher. Through his engineering degree and a PhD in Agricultural Sciences, he has built a strong knowledge of natural systems’ dynamics. Sebastien’s experience as an entrepreneur allows him to navigate both technical tasks and business development. His concern about the impacts of climate change inspired him to work in a position where he could make a real difference.

Chris Langan

Director of Sales and Marketing

As a seasoned leader in aviation and aerospace, Chris brings over two decades of experience in communications and strategic marketing roles. His expertise spans aircraft management, business development, and sustainability, with a particular focus on driving growth and fostering key partnerships.

He is committed to helping companies navigate the evolving sustainability landscape. Currently, Chris is leveraging his skills to promote sustainable practices and ensure future-readiness for the Canadian SMEs, including those in the aerospace sector.

Erika Vano Newman

Sales & Marketing

Erika Vano Newman brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and brand strategy across the aerospace, technology, and industrial sectors. She has led integrated marketing initiatives, content strategy, public relations, and corporate communications programs supporting both North American and international markets.
 
Prior to joining ZenithNet-Zero, Erika held senior marketing and communications roles with global organizations, developing strategic campaigns, strengthening brand visibility, and translating complex technical topics into compelling customer-focused narratives. Her experience spans Canada, Latin America, and Europe, with expertise in stakeholder engagement, digital marketing, and cross-functional collaboration. 

Bridget Gillen

ISO Standards Manager

Bridget has over twenty years of experience in establishing system conformity to applicable standards and in ensuring compliance with regulatory, statutory, and voluntary requirements.  She has developed and managed efficient and effective quality and environmental management programs to achieve and maintain certifications for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and is also a trained CORSIA verifier.
