Who Does it Apply to?
- Buildings ≥ 50,000 ft² (4,645 m²) must report energy and water usage annually
- Buildings ≥ 100,000 ft² (9,290 m²) require third-party verification every five years
- Compliance is mandatory for commercial, multi-unit residential, and some industrial properties
